Setup Steps

Open "Catalog & Checkout"

From your Thikaa dashboard, open the "Catalog & Checkout" page. At the top you will see a tab strip: Dashboard, Catalogs, Products, AI & Import, Auto-Sync, WhatsApp Campaign, Categories, Orders, Channels, Payments.

If you have more than one bot, pick the bot that serves your store at the top of the page — the catalog is linked to a bot.

Create a Catalog

Open the "Catalogs" tab → "New catalog", and give it a name (e.g. "My Store" or "USB Flash Drives"). Most shops need just one catalog.

One catalog can be shared across several bots, or several catalogs can be attached to one bot — flexible to your needs.

Add Your Products

From the "Products" tab click "Add Product". Fill in the Name and Price (required); you may also add: English name, SKU, sale price, currency, stock, image, category, and description. Set "Active?" to "Yes — visible to bot", then click "Save Product".

The "✨" button next to Image URL fills the product photo using AI. You can also export all products as CSV, or bulk activate/hide/delete several products at once.

Organize with Categories

From the "Categories" tab create categories (e.g. Electronics, Accessories) to organize products — this helps the bot present clearer results to the customer.

Categories are optional but useful for shops that sell several product types.

Bulk Import (Optional)

Lots of products? From the "Auto-Sync" tab pick a source: a Google Sheet link, a CSV/Excel file URL, or upload a file. Click "Preview" to check, then "Save & Sync now". Choose "Every day (automatic)" to keep the catalog updated on its own.

Enable "Hide products that disappear from the file" so the catalog matches your file exactly on every sync. A PDF import is also available under the "AI & Import" tab.

Turn On Images & In-Chat Checkout

From the "Payments" tab, under "Bot catalog features", enable "Send product images" (up to 3 photos) and "In-chat checkout & payment links". In-chat checkout requires an enabled payment gateway.

Any "Active" product is seen by the bot automatically — there is no master catalog on/off switch; the bot uses it as soon as visible products exist.

Test — the Bot Now Sells

Ask your bot about a product ("do you have headphones?") and watch it show the product with photo and price and offer to complete the order. New orders appear in the "Orders" tab.

Optional: from the "WhatsApp Campaign" tab you can broadcast product cards (image + caption) to your customer list, with scheduling and a daily send cap.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Salla or WooCommerce store?

No. The native catalog inside Thikaa is enough — just add your products. If you already have an external store, you can connect it instead.

How do I add many products quickly?

Use the "Auto-Sync" tab: connect a Google Sheet or upload an Excel/CSV file, and all products import at once — with an optional automatic daily refresh.

How does the bot know the correct price?

The bot reads prices straight from the catalog and never invents numbers. Any change you save on a product shows up immediately in its replies.

Can the bot take the order and payment?

Yes. Enable "In-chat checkout & payment links" from the "Payments" tab (requires an enabled gateway). Orders appear in the "Orders" tab.

Where do I find the catalog page in the platform?

From the dashboard, open "Catalog & Checkout". Every tab — Products, Import, Orders, Payments — lives on that page.
