1 Salla store account (free or paid)
2 Thikaa account (register for free)

Integration Steps

Go to Bot Hub

After logging into Thikaa platform, go to "Bot Hub" page and click on "Integration Management" card to access external platform connection settings.

Select Salla Integration

On the Integration Management page, you'll find the green Salla card. Click "Manage" to open Salla store connection settings.

Start Connection

On the Salla integration page, click the green "Connect Salla Store" button to start the secure connection process.

Login to Salla

You'll be redirected to Salla page. Login with your store account, then approve the required permissions.

Required permissions:

  • Read store information
  • Read orders (for order tracking)
  • Read products (for search and display)
  • Read customers (for customer recognition)

Successfully Connected!

After approval, you'll return to Thikaa automatically and see your connected store settings page with all available options.

Yes, you can disconnect the store anytime from "Salla Integration" page in Thikaa, or from Apps settings in Salla.
What data do you read?
We only read: store info, orders, products, and customers. We don't modify anything and don't access payment data.
Does it work with all Salla plans?
Yes, it works with all plans including the free plan. Some features may require a paid Salla plan.
