Integration Steps

Open Salla App Store

Log in to your Salla store, then open "Salla App Store" from the Apps menu in your Salla dashboard.

Find Thikaa App

In the App Store, search for "Thikaa" and select the official app. You'll see the app page with a full feature description.

Install the App

Click "Install" on the app page then approve the requested permissions. Salla activates your subscription automatically based on the selected plan.

Required permissions:

Read store information
Read orders (for order tracking)
Read products (for search and display)
Read customers (for customer recognition)

Receive Login Credentials

Once installed, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp with your dashboard link, username, and password.

Open Your Thikaa Dashboard

Open the dashboard link from your email and log in. You'll see your connected store's settings page with all available options.

Store & Customer Data

You'll see connected store data and customer statistics. You can import customers and use them in marketing campaigns.

Setup Quick Replies

Customize quick replies that appear to customers when opening chat like "Track my order" and "New products".

Yes, we use official OAuth 2.0 from Salla. We never store passwords, and you can revoke permissions anytime from Salla dashboard.

Can I disconnect the store later?

Yes, you can disconnect the store anytime from "Salla Integration" page in Thikaa, or from Apps settings in Salla.

What data do you read?

We only read: store info, orders, products, and customers. We don't modify anything and don't access payment data.

Does it work with all Salla plans?

Yes, it works with all plans including the free plan. Some features may require a paid Salla plan.

Is the widget installed automatically?

Yes! Once you connect your store, the chat widget is automatically installed on your store without any code needed.
