Create an AI Agent
Open Chat with Thikaa
After logging in, you'll find "Create New Agent" from the dashboard. Click it to start a conversation with the Thikaa assistant that will help you build the agent.
Describe Your Business
Tell the assistant about your business: what you sell or offer, who your customers are, and what language they speak. The assistant will ask questions to better understand your needs.
Choose Agent Personality
Set the agent tone: formal, friendly, or professional. Choose the primary language and dialect if using Arabic (Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine).
Add Knowledge Base
Add extra information about your products and services. You can upload files or write text directly. This information becomes the agent's reference when answering questions.
Connect Channels & Activate
Connect the agent to channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, or Telegram. After connecting, the agent will start automatically responding to customer messages.

Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager combines three powerful tools in one place: AI-powered posting, auto-reply to comments, and spam comment hiding.
📝 AI-Powered Posting
Access Social Media Manager
From the dashboard, open "Social Media Manager" from the sidebar. Here you'll find all connected pages and publishing options.
Select Page & Write Post
Select the page to post on, then write the post manually or use AI to generate content with one click.
Generate with AI
Click "Generate with AI" and fill in the required fields: post idea, desired tone, and language. The system generates content within seconds.
Review & Publish or Schedule
Review and edit the post as needed. You can add an image or video, then choose "Publish Now" or set a date and time for scheduled publishing.
🤖 Auto-Reply to Comments
Connect Facebook/Instagram Page
Make sure your page is connected to Thikaa. If not yet connected, go to "Connections" and connect your page via Facebook.
Enable Agent Comment Replies
From the connected page settings, enable "Agent Comment Replies". The AI agent will start automatically replying to new comments on your posts.
Customize Reply Behavior
Choose how the agent handles comments: public reply (under the comment), send a private DM to the commenter, or both. You can also set trigger keywords to only reply to specific comments.
🛡️ Hide Spam Comments
Open Comment Settings
From the connected page settings, go to "Comment Settings" section. You'll find comment hiding options and blocked keywords.
Enable Comment Hiding
Enable the hide comments option. You can choose to hide all comments automatically (useful for contests), or only hide comments containing specific keywords.
Add Blocked Keywords
Add blocked keywords to automatically hide any comment containing them. Example: competitor phone numbers, spam links, offensive words, competitor offers.
