Conversation Tagging - Thikaa

Conversation Tagging

Two hundred open chats and you are trying to remember who is waiting on a transfer, who complained, and who buys wholesale. Put a tag on the conversation, then filter the inbox by it whenever you need.

How it works

Three steps, all of them from your phone

1 — Tag the chat

Open the conversation and choose Tags. Type one word for the state it is in, or pick from the tags your team already uses.

2 — Filter the inbox

Pick a tag and see every conversation carrying it. Just the complaints, or just the ones waiting on payment. A list instead of your memory.

3 — Let a workflow do it

Have a workflow apply the tag when a chat reaches a given step, so labelling stops depending on somebody remembering.

The details that matter

Tags are shared

A tag belongs to the workspace, not to one person. What one agent applies, the rest can see and filter by.

It suggests what exists

As you type, the team's existing tags appear. That is what stops the same idea being spelled three different ways.

More than one per chat

One thread can be wholesale and a complaint at once, and it shows under both.

From the phone

Tagging and filtering live in the Thikaa app on iPhone and Android. No desk required.

Tags in Arabic

Write your tags in Arabic, the way your team actually says them, not in an English translation nobody uses.

Visible on the conversation

Tags sit with the customer's details, so whoever opens the chat knows where it stands.

What to tag

The simple test: would you ever want to see all of them in one list?

Sales stage

"asking price", "ready to order", "waiting on payment" — you can see where each customer stands.

Problems

"complaint", "refund", "late delivery" — so no complaint gets lost among two hundred chats.

Customer type

"wholesale", "regular", "reseller" — message them as a group when the right offer comes.

Follow-ups

"follow up next week", "asked for a call" — things that should not live in your head.

Common questions

Does my team see them?

Yes, tags belong to the workspace. And as anyone types, the tags already in use are suggested, so the same idea does not get spelled three ways.

Can they be applied automatically?

Yes. A workflow can tag a conversation when it reaches a given step, so threads that pass down a certain path get labelled without anyone remembering.

One tag or several?

As many as you need. A conversation can be wholesale and a complaint at the same time and appear under both filters.
