One message, hundreds of customers — a new offer, a restock, an appointment reminder. Pick the customers from your store list, write the message, send. Every reply comes back to the same shared inbox.
Four steps from your customer list to your inbox
From your store customer list — all of them or a segment.
An approved WhatsApp template, or free text from your number.
Sent in measured batches that protect your number from bans.
In the customer's thread, answered by your bot if you want.
Choose by the number you use and by what you need to say
Write whatever you want, in your own words, with no template and no prior approval.
A template Meta approved, with variables filled per customer.
A broadcast is not the end of a conversation, it is the start of one
Most broadcast tools send and forget, so an agent opens the thread and finds a customer answering a question nobody can see. Here every sent message is kept in that customer's thread.
Fifty replies to one offer drowns any team. The bot answers price, availability and delivery, and hands over to a human only when it needs to.
Write in the dialect your customer reads — Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine, Iraqi — and the bot answers back in whichever one they wrote in.
Send the broadcast and follow the replies from the Thikaa app on iPhone and Android, without opening a laptop.
Capped batches, duplicate removal and phone-number normalisation before sending, so your activity does not read as spam.
How many delivered, how many failed and to which number — a result per recipient instead of one vague total.
Announce it to past customers before you pay for a single ad. They are the cheapest and fastest to buy.
Tell everyone who asked while it was out of stock that it just landed.
Remind tomorrow's bookings and cut no-shows without a single phone call.
Message everyone who has not bought in three months with one considered note.
Tell a whole batch of orders that they are out for delivery today.
Ramadan, Eid and back-to-school — the seasons your customers actually buy in.
Only on the Cloud API route. A broadcast through the official WhatsApp Business Platform must use a template Meta approved, and Meta charges per message. The other route sends free text from your own QR-connected number, with no template and no approval.
Up to 500 recipients on an approved Cloud API template, and up to 200 on the QR number. The QR cap is deliberately lower because it is a real WhatsApp account and aggressive sending gets numbers banned.
Into the same shared inbox as any other conversation. Each broadcast message is written into that customer's thread, so when they answer, your agent sees what was sent instead of a reply to an invisible question.
Any WhatsApp number connected to your workspace. With several numbers you choose the sender per broadcast, and the thread stays attached to the number the customer was messaged from.
